Solidarity belongs to the common culture of the people in the province of Bergamo.
The Radici family runs its important industrial group in accordance with this local tradition of social engagement, aware of the central value of the territory and its inhabitants for economical development.
RadiciGroup has been involved in numerous activities since its inception, supporting both national organisations and more locally-based, but equally significant, social projects. RadiciGroup’s international development has led to other interesting opportunities for collaborating with foreign associations.
The "Luciana and Gianni Radici Foundation" is the driving force behind many of these social initiatives.
For examples, the Foundation is closely involved in the social development of the Savinesti area in Romania where FibrexNylon is located, a company acquired by the Group in 2000.
Their activities here mainly focus on supporting orphans and handicapped children, lonely mothers, and poor or seriously ill old people.
The foundation also intends to promote the professional growth of young people through scholarships.
The initiative is open to any institution or private company that wishes to contribute through material support and/or direct involvement in the projects in progress.
